Beauty is more than skin deep. The Nuride Hybrid Performance’s powerful Bosch Performance motor with Bosch Smart System and PowerTube battery are all so neatly integrated into the frame. You barely notice they’re there – aside, of course, from the extra help at the pedals. But that’s not all. Revised Efficient Comfort Geometry and a 63mm travel suspension fork add comfort and control, even on rough roads. We even included a tool hidden in the seat clamp lever. And with a choice of Men’s, Trapeze or Easy Entry frame designs and the included lights, kickstand and full-length mudguards, there’ll be a style and size that’s ideal for you.

We designed the Nuride Hybrid Performance Allroad to make two-wheeled adventures accessible to all – because who couldn’t use some freewheeling in their life? The choice of Easy Entry, Trapeze and Men’s frames makes it easy to find the perfect fit. There’s a 63mm suspension fork and grippy Schwalbe tyres for a comfortable ride, even on rough roads and tracks. Powerful hydraulic disc brakes ensure you’re always in control, whatever the weather. The Bosch Performance drive with Smart System works seamlessly with Shimano’s easy-to-use 9-speed gears to make light work of any route. And a full complement of practical equipment, from mudguards to lights and kickstand, just leaves you with one question: where will it take you next?

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)

Please note: Selected brands are not available for shipping and are available for Click and collect only.

Extended Delivery Times

Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:

• The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
• It is a UK Bank Holiday period
• Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
• A destination location outside of mainland UK

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Bike Purchase

All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

Priority Service

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.
