We made our Cube Touring Hybrid One 500  to be versatile, easy to live with and comfortable. The powerful Bosch Performance motor with Bosch Smart System and PowerTube battery are all so neatly integrated into the design. You barely notice they’re there – apart from the extra help at the pedals, of course. Revised Efficient Comfort Geometry centres around a 63mm travel suspension fork for comfort and control, even on rough roads. The carrier is designed to make carrying a load easier. The seat clamp even has a hidden tool in its lever. Add the new ACID chain guard, kickstand and full-length mudguards and you’ve got everything you need. And, with a choice of classic Men’s, Trapeze or Easy Entry frame designs, there’ll be a style and size that’s perfect for you.

Whether you need to pop to the shops or fancy exploring further afield, the Touring Hybrid ONE has everything you need. The powerful Bosch Performance motor with Smart System, high-capacity battery and easy-to-use Shimano 9-speed gears make light work of any trip, while strong hydraulic disc brakes ensure you can stop safely, whatever the weather. A choice of frame styles and sizes means there’s a great-handling, great-looking Touring Hybrid that’s perfect for you. And a full complement of accessories – semi-integrated carrier, mudguards and kickstand – mean’s you’re all set for any ride.

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)

Please note: Selected brands are not available for shipping and are available for Click and collect only.

Extended Delivery Times

Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:

• The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
• It is a UK Bank Holiday period
• Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
• A destination location outside of mainland UK

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Bike Purchase

All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

Priority Service

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.
