The step-thru style frame makes mounting and dismounting easier with the comfortable, upright position offering a great view over any traffic. Marzocchi’s Bomber Z2 fork has 100mm of bump-taming travel, perfect for light trail use or potholed streets. The wide, 29” Schwalbe Johnny Watts tyres add further grip and cushioning both on and off-road.

Shimano’s 250W EP8 motor provides the power boost, paired with a 540Wh battery, allowing up to 5 hours of use from a single charge. Assistance is smooth and unobtrusive up to a maximum speed of 15.5 mph / 25 km/h, and powerful enough to negate any hills or heavy loads with ease. A rack that is rated for use with a child seat (up to 27kg), mudguards and very bright integrated lights make the Kemen an easy and convenient alternative to the car during the week, but also allow it to be used much further afield at the weekend.

Electric bike specific, Shimano’s Link Glide drivetrain is beefy enough to handle the hefty torque on tap, and gives a wide range of easily-accessed gears. Equally as important, Magura’s MT30 hydraulic disc brakes are powerful enough to make light work of the heaviest loads, providing reliable and consistent stopping power and control in all conditions.

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)

Please note: Selected brands are not available for shipping and are available for Click and collect only.

Extended Delivery Times

Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:

• The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
• It is a UK Bank Holiday period
• Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
• A destination location outside of mainland UK

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Bike Purchase

All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
