Orbea Rallon E10 – GRAVITY BRED

The Orbea Rallon E10 is a highly adjustable enduro machine, pairing a 180 mm fork to 170 mm rear travel for unmatched suspension performance.

Rallon is a new breed of gravity bike, forged through years of development in the lab and on the race track.

170mm/180mm Travel – 170mm rear travel matched to a 180mm fork, tuned to give DH-preformance.

Attitude Adjust – Timed stages, rowdy descents, and casual spins with friends demand different setups. Rallon’s adjustability makes it easy to fine tune so you’re dialled in no matter where the ride takes you.

Mullet Ready – The Orbea Rallon E10 is Mullet ready. Select a 27.5″ for a nimble ride or 29″ for all out speed.

Steep ‘N’ Deep – now even deeper and mnatched with really low standover. More space to move your body means more control and more control means more speed.

Choose Internal or External Headset Cabling – With Rallon, you can choose internal headset cable routing or not thanks to the new external cable ports.

FOX 38 Fork – Stiff, controlled and plus, Rallon counts on the benchmark FOX 38.

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)

Please note: Selected brands are not available for shipping and are available for Click and collect only.

Extended Delivery Times

Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:

• The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
• It is a UK Bank Holiday period
• Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
• A destination location outside of mainland UK

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Bike Purchase

All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

Priority Service

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.
