The Reaction Hybrid ONE combines our clever frame design and a 600Wh PowerTube battery with Bosch’s renowned, Smart System-equipped CX motor and Shimano’s reliable, easy-to-use Cues 1×10 gears for smooth, almost effortless pedal assistance. There’s a suspension fork for improved comfort and control on-road or off, with 120mm of travel (100mm for small frame sizes and for all Easy Entry models). And strong all-weather Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, combined with wide and comfortable Schwalbe Smart Sam 2.6in tyres, ensure you can always slow and stop safely. Finance couldn't be easier to arrange, enabling you to spread the cost of your new bike or equipment and pay nothing in interest. Simply use the handy calculator to get an indication of your repayments. At checkout, fill in the online application form and we'll sort the rest.

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)

Please note: Selected brands are not available for shipping and are available for Click and collect only.

Extended Delivery Times

Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:

• The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
• It is a UK Bank Holiday period
• Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
• A destination location outside of mainland UK

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Bike Purchase

All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

Priority Service

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.
