Cyclewise Cockermouth opening times following damage to shop premises

Cyclewise Cockermouth will remain open following the ram raid incident in the early hours of Mon 20th Oct 2025. Due to the significant damage to the shop front, we have had to secure the premise with a wooden fascia and pvc door. Despite the temporary new look, we will be open with new hours of 10am- 4pm, for the next 6 weeks.

We still have access to great range of Cube and Orbea bikes from road to gravel to electric. We recommend speaking to the shop team and discussing your bike preferences. The team will either arrange for the bike to be delivered to the Cockermouth store or redirect you to Cyclewise Whinlatter for a test ride. Sadly , for the next few weeks whilst we progress with insurers to replace the shop front, we will only be keeping minimal bike stock over night in the shop.

Our workshop also remains fully operational and we wish to reassure customers that all customer bikes will have secure overnight storage. We will work closely with you to ensure smooth drop off and pick up times.

We hope to have a new Cyclewise Cockermouth shop front in situ by the end of November 2025. Thank you for your support and well wishes. We are still open and we look forward to seeing you with our temporary ‘new look’. #shop local
