Our Nano Tech Bike Cleaner will help to cut through any dirt and grime that your two-wheeled stallion picks up on those inner-city roads and cycle paths, while also protecting the frame’s delicate finish. Apply using our easy to use Expanding Microcell Sponge that’s a handy bike and wheel friendly size!

The Muc-Off High Performance Biodegradable Chain Cleaner will help to safely strip the more stubborn grime from your chain and cassette, helping to get it back to looking factory fresh.

Our all-round wonder spray, also known as MO94, will help you cover all the bases. It’s incredible formula quickly and effectively penetrates moisture, lubricates moving parts and leaves behind a long-lasting protective film, helping to keep rust and corrosion at bay. The Luxury Microfibre cloth will also help you out, making cleaning, drying and polishing truly effortless!

Also included in the Ultimate Commuter Kit is our Dry Lube. It’s a highly versatile, dry weather chain oil that’s been specifically formulated to ensure that it penetrates deep into each chain link, making pedalling and gear shifting a whole heap easier and hassle free.

Most importantly, you’ll be able to laugh in the face of punctures with our B.A.M (Bottled-Air-Magic) which seals and inflates at the same time, so you’ll need to find another excuse as to why you are late to the office! Awkward.

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)

Please note: Selected brands are not available for shipping and are available for Click and collect only.

Extended Delivery Times

Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:

• The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
• It is a UK Bank Holiday period
• Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
• A destination location outside of mainland UK

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Bike Purchase

All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

Priority Service

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.
