A seasonal role suited for someone looking for work in college/school  holidays and/or  weekends. A casual contract.

Duties and Responsibilities include, not limited to:

• Provide information in regards to the bike equipment usage and mountain bike trail features
• Receive and process bike reservations
• Assist participants with signing up for bike rental
• Provide positive and accurate information on all Cyclewise services
• Maintain, clean, organize, and basic repair on bike rental equipment
• Accurately log and track the usage of equipment and ensure repairs requirements are logged
• Have bike rental reservation items pulled and waiting for customers upon their arrival
• Ensure that all returned items are clean and assess working condition before placing them in storage
• Must display good judgment, think independently, and make sound decisions
• Provide a friendly, upbeat and customer service oriented environment at all times
• Effectively communicate when working with patrons, staff, and supervisors.
