GRAVITY TESTED
The SB165 is built tough. The frame meets Yeti DH testing standards, well beyond what others do for a 165mm trail bike. This thing will last for a lifetime, but Yeti wanted to give you a warranty to match just for good measure.
ANTI-SQUAT
Across the Yeti line, their designers have chosen a relatively flat and high anti-squat curve in the beginning and mid-section of travel where pedalling commonly occurs, a.k.a. the pedalling zone. This creates an efficient pedalling platform through your entire pedalling zone, as opposed to one single point. After the pedalling zone, there is an inflection point where the Switch Infinity link moves down, dropping the anti-squat drastically. Riders are typically not pedalling in this zone, so chain forces have less of an effect on the suspension performance. Decoupling of the chain forces allows the suspension to work more efficiently to absorb impacts making the feel of a Yeti distinct.

Devouring big terrain, the SB165 feels better the faster, steeper and deeper riders go. The Yeti SB165 takes a forward bias posture and approach to geometry and unlocks new-school advantages, tweaked to bring out the absolute best in 27.5″ wheels. Yes. the steeper seat tube angle and shorter fork offset paired with the Switch Infinity technology offers a refreshingly easy climb. Yes, the slacker head tube angle, longer reach and lower bottom bracket are strikingly similar to that of a DH bike.

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.
All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)
Please note: Selected brands are not available for shipping and are available for Click and collect only.
Extended Delivery Times
Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:
- The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
- It is a UK Bank Holiday period
- Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
- A destination location outside of mainland UK
We will notify you if there are any delays.
Bike Purchase
All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.
Priority Service
If you require your order to be delivered on specific day mid-week or wish to pay for Saturday premium service for delivery. Please contact us for details on Tel 01900 821998 or websales@cyclewise.co.uk and quote your order number.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.
