The Trail Shredder’s eMTB.

Orbea’s lightweight eMTB which offers a totally new trail experience, removing many of the compromises of other eMTBs. The natural but powerful assistance responds instantly and elastically making technical trails more fun than ever. The longest rides are no problems thanks to the exceptional range. Handling will be a revelation for riders, feeling like a well sorted mechanical bike thanks to the combination of geometry, frame rigidity and low weight. To put it simply, no e-MTB has ever offered a similar connection to the trail and fewer compromises.

This is Orbea’s new firmware which works with the Shimano EP motor ́s highly sensitive, and responsive sensors. RS Gen2 is an evolution of the first generation of RS firmware, which includes a totally new communication protocol between the motor and battery. This permits more precise adjustment of the motor output, as well as allowing an increase in maximum torque to 85 Nm.

The result is assistance which feels more natural, even at lower cadences. This performance would not be possible without the combination of Shimano ́s best-in-class sensors and our custom firmware.

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)

Bike Purchase

All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
