Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.
All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)
Please note: Selected brands are not available for shipping and are available for Click and collect only.
Extended Delivery Times
Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:
- The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
- It is a UK Bank Holiday period
- Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
- A destination location outside of mainland UK
We will notify you if there are any delays.
All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.
