Train, race, and simply ride in total comfort with the MILLE GT Bib Shorts’ custom fabric blend and celebrated insert design. They’ve been treated with Type.429 Titanio material, which is a durable, lightly compressive textile with high elasticity, ensuring a comfortable and consistent hold on your legs while pedalling. This workhorse textile, mated with a regularFit that leans more in the direction of comfort versus race, is what defines MILLE as the go-to Assos shorts so many cyclists reach for day in and day out. Combine that with a plush MILLE EVO insert, equipped with 8mm of memory foam, a black 3D waffle top sheet, and now updated with our kraterCooler system to boost breathability—and you have the complete recipe for full-day comfort in the saddle.

The back panel is constructed using acclaimed Y7 Frame Carrier design and Stabilizator mesh, resulting in a flat, stable structure that disappears between the shoulder blades for a smooth, supportive hold. At the front, zeroWaist ensures the cleanest and most comfortable transition between the abdominals and the front fabric panel possible, made using a raw cut with tape reinforcement.

• Y7 Frame Carrier Bib Tech: Wide, flexible bib straps converge at the upper back in a Y-shape design, resulting in a flat, stable structure that disappears between the shoulder blades.
• Stabilizator V3: Dorsal stabilizer in a solid mesh with limited vertical stretch. Includes MILLE GT line graphics and climaCode.
• superFlat grippers: Ultra minimal grippers with optimal stretch return to secure the shorts in place without any excessive pressure.
• zeroWaist: A raw-cut, tape-reinforced edge for the smoothest transition possible between the body and fabric panel. More comfort with less pressure.
• Reflective Accents: Small strips placed on the backs of the legs for added visibility.
• regularFit: Optimized for total comfort in the riding position, with a more relaxed cut than our second-skin racingFit.

Subject to stock availability, orders usually take us 1-3 working days to organise and despatch. Orders will normally be delivered by 24 hours courier service, Monday to Friday and should arrive between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Tracking is available on despatched orders, if you have provided your email and mobile details with the order.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or reschedule a delivery. Bikes and finance orders can only be delivered to the billing address. (For small parcels we may use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.)

Extended Delivery Times

Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:

• The item(s) you have ordered is out of stock
• It is a UK Bank Holiday period
• Bike purchases may take longer as they have to be built, inspected and repackaged before dispatch.
• A destination location outside of mainland UK

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Bike Purchase

All bikes that we ship are checked by a qualified mechanic and then broken down ready for shipping in a bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment, so don’t worry if the box on your door has a different branding to what you expected. Inside the box with your bike, will be guidance notes on how to reassemble the bike. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 21 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.
