- Frame, fork & wheels – wiped down, inspected for damage & wear
- Drivetrain (chain, cassette & chainset) – removed, checked, degreased
- Drivetrain – reassembled and lubed
- Wheels – checked and trued
- Headset – checked for play & adjusted
- Bottom bracket – checked for play & adjustment
- Shock bushes – checked (if applicable)
- Bike – test ridden
- Report – on service
Premium Service
The enthusiast service

- All elements of STANDARD SERVICE service included plus
- Full bike strip down (excl. frame bearings)
- Frame & fork hand cleaned & polished
- Frame checked for alignment & damage
- Hub service – stripped, cleaned & re-greased (excl. hub gears)
- Headset Service – stripped, cleaned & re-greased
- Bottom Bracket Service, threads chased & faced (if applicable)
- Press fit units, inserts & cups checked & greased (if applicable)
E-Bike Standard Service
The essential e-bike service

- Software update and diagnostic report
- Frame, fork & wheels – wipe down, inspected for damage & wear
