Booking: Please return your completed booking form with full payment no later than 30 days prior to the course date. Payments for bookings made less than 30 days prior to course date must be sent immediately.

Once payment has been received, you will then be confirmed on your chosen course.

Minimum numbers: The minimum numbers of candidates required for a course to run is 3. If this number is not reached 2 weeks prior to the course date, we reserve the right to cancel the course and offer you an alternative date that meets your requirements.

Minimum age: All candidates must be 18 years or over for our leadership qualification courses. For all other courses, you must be 18 years or over unless accompanied by an adult.

Junior Bookings: If your child is booked on to a specific junior course, you must have completed a booking form for them to be able to attend on their own. You will be asked to sign your child in at the start of the course and out at the end of the course unless you have given your permission on the booking form for them to do this themselves. We are not responsible for your children before they have been signed in or after they have been signed out.

Cancellation by you: On receiving written/e-mail notice of your cancellation, you will be charged the following part of your total course cost. This also applies to payment for the use of our cycle instructors/guides. (Please give us as much notice of your cancellation as possible so that we can re-advertise your place).

Cancellation by us: The Company will only cancel a course if the minimum numbers required are not reached or if it is forced to do so by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances. If the company cancels your course, you will be offered an alternative. If this is not acceptable, the company will offer a full refund.

Accommodation: You are responsible for making your own accommodation arrangements if necessary. A list of recommended accommodation can be found on our links page.

Company Responsibilities: We accept no responsibility for any damage / loss or theft of bicycles or other equipment or injury to the candidate which occur as a result of cycling on or off road or while in transit in any vehicle or at any other time during the course.

Provision of Information: Any information provided by the company or its representatives is done so in good faith but without any liability on behalf of the company or its representatives.

Group Bike Hire: I agree to accept the total responsibility for the safe custody of the bicycle(s) during the period of hire against ANY loss or damage howsoever caused, which includes but is not limited to punctures, scratches, dents, breakages etc and that I will return it within the specified time and date.
